20 minutes of HIIT is better than your 90 minute jog on the treads

I’ve personally experienced this and I can honestly say that I agree, but hey, everyone is different. What might work for 1 person may fail for 1,000,000 other people. What might work for 1,000,000 different people may not work for 1 person. but check this article out and try it. 

I know that since my new gym has cycling, I will definitely be trying it out.

This isn’t saying ab exercises won’t help, because toning and gaining muscle is a major benefit, but to lose FAT you must do CARDIO and EXERCISE.

Just a few problems with the above comment. Cardio and exercise aren’t separate entities; cardio is a form of exercise. Additionally, exercise is not a necessity when trying to lose fat. It speeds up the process (especially for individuals who are closer to their goal weight/BF%), can build muscle, and has lots of other benefits, but it is possible to lose fat without exercise.


But you really need to focus on diet!
